Decision Authority: You acknowledge that the final approval or rejection of any visa application is at the sole discretion of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

2. Service Fees and All-Inclusive Pricing

Our pricing model is transparent and includes all mandatory costs required for entry into the Kingdom.

Standard Service ($175.00): Covers the official government visa fee, mandatory medical insurance, and our professional processing service.
Express Service ($225.00): Includes all standard features with a prioritized 24-hour business processing guarantee.

3. Non-Refundable Policy and Cancellations

Given the nature of the electronic visa system, specific refund restrictions apply.

No Refunds After Processing: Once an application has been reviewed and submitted to the government system, the service is considered rendered. At this point, all fees—including government charges and insurance premiums—are non-refundable.
Rejection Policy: In the event of a visa rejection by the Saudi authorities, no refunds will be issued for the government-related costs or our professional service fees.

4. User Responsibilities

As the applicant, you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.

Data Accuracy: You must ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of entry and that all form details match your travel document exactly.
Communication: You must provide a valid email address to receive your e-visa and any urgent updates regarding your application status.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
